Both stories have been found! Yay!

ETA: There are some great links to various stories that fit some of my memories. The first story is gothraven89's Guilty Until Proven Innocent.

ETA2: lizrdg1262 found the second story! Yay! Thanks so much!

I've been searching through my bookmarks and his google searching online with no luck. I think the 2 stories were on AO3 but at this point I could easily be mistaken. Reboot!Trek verse.

First story, Kirk and Spock are bonded but something happens to Kirk on a space station or colony. He was attacked and sexually assaulted, but instead of help, healing and understanding from his bondmate or his best friend (Bones) or his friends in the command staff (Uhura, Scotty, Sulu, Chekov) or even the general crew he is subjected to anger, derision, disgust, even hatred. They assume he decided to not be faithful to poor, victimized Spock and therefore invited whatever happened. Someone in the Security Dept.of the station does believe Jim. They work with Jim to arrest those responsible for attacking him. Later, after the arrest and the truth of what happened to Jim becomes known of course everyone is sorry for how they treated him. Most especially Spock and McCoy.

Second story, Kirk and Spock are bonded but something happens and the bond is damaged or deliberately blocked by Spock. Kirk is in pain and no one seems to be aware of the damage being done to Jim by this. Spock completely blocks his end not believing Jim was as invested in their bonding and therefore will not suffer from the loss of their bond. I think at some point everyone does learn of the damage done to Kirk but I think Kirk rebuffed attempts by Spock to reconcile at least for awhile.

Do either of these sound familiar to anyone? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
