I wish I was the sort of person that didn't have stupid, unreasonable expectations of people.
First you have to have reasonable expectations of yourself. Don't get mad at yourself; feel petty if that's how you feel, then figure out a way to get over it. Getting mad at yourself isn't gonna help you :)
