what i made last night.
it's funny, but it's not a self portrait, though i realize it kind of looks like it might be. it's someone i dreamed weeks ago, a dead girl who wanted me to join her, under the water of a still lake with her sisters. i woke up terrified, her face full in my memory and she's continued to haunt me since. the fact that when i finally got her out on paper, that she looks so much like me is more disturbing yet.
