I'm finally starting to lose weight!!! HA! Here's what I was doing that didn't work compared to what I am doing now that IS working:

Excercise at least 3 days a week for 30 minutes. (didn't work)
Excercise at least 5 days a week for 60 minutes. (worked)

Try to eat healthy, like lean cuisines and small desserts. (didn't work)
Lean cuisines are loaded with carbs--eat sparingly. No dessert. (worked)

Do lots of cardio. Lifting weights is overrated. (didn't work)
Lifting weights 3x a week for an hour and cardio 5 days for at least 20 min. (worked)

Sub sanwiches are healthy and they are about 300 calories. Smart choice. (didn't work)
Vegetarian subs, like the #6 vegetarian has almost 700 calories! skip the mayo! (worked)

It's impossible top eat 4-5 servings of fruits and veggies a day. do potatos count? (didn't work)
I buy fresh fruits and veggies every week and not much else to that I HAVE to eat them. (worked)

So now I can wear short shorts and I don't have massive amounts of gross cellulite crap anymore.

(P.S. I lost 12 lbs since I started this in June)
