What the hell is happening to this word?
So my mom informed me this morning that this boy named Ian, who is a year younger than I am that I know goes to my school, died last night in some sort of freak accident. The story is still pretty unclear because, hey, this is a small town and stories have a tendency to get twisted around. But from my understanding, Ian was coming home from a swim meet and he was with a group of people. They stopped to get something to eat. On their way back to the car Ian got hit/clipped/something by an 18 wheeler and died. :( This kid was a year younger than I am!! And he was so talented and sweet. He had so much freaking potential. And now...
And I got a text from a friend saying that their mom just died.
What the hell is going in with this world right now? And why does life have to suck so fucking much sometimes?
*sigh* That's too many times I've been informed of someones' death today.
