SUMMER 2004 IS ALMOST OVER!! :'(
yea yea yea, i know i havent updated in a LOOONG time... wow
not much has happened though, except Camp Kulaqua 2004!! WOO HOO!!
I love my new friends, you guys are the best thigs that could have happened to me at a time when i needed more friends! I LOVE YOU ALL!! (yes, even you caps :-p)
All i have really been up to this summer is
-sleeping
-eating
-sleeping some more
-driving around aimlessly
-IMing
-sleeping
and a LITTLE reading :-/
otherwise, its just been CAMP!!
There is just too much to tell about camp, even though it was only 5 days... On monday the 19 when we left our church, i think about 4 MAYBE 5 people knew my name or anything about me...
On Friday when we got back, im pretty sure about 90% of the bus we rode on knew me.... :-D I made tons of friends and they arent just good friends that i will forget, they are like some of the best people i know! :-D
My 'cabin room' consisted of 7 girls- Me, Katy Matejka, Emma Matejka, Jessica Brannan, Amanda ..., Rachel and Chelsea Layton, all really great girls that we had so much fun together!
The other side of the cabin consisted of- TJ (HOTT mama TJ!), Cassie, Lauren Chase, Julie Schneider, Jenay Harvey and Felicia Thomson...
all 13 girls were sharing 1 BATHROOM!! AHHH what a nightmare! There was another cabin almost like this one too, but it had about 4 less girls in it...
each day we had breakfast, worship, activity, lunch, activity (again) showers, dinner, worship, night activity.
The night activities were the best! One night we did a Fear Factor thing, it was really gross (GO LC!!) another night we had 3 guys from a comedy club come, another was American Idol (that was our 'theme') and the last night was a LUAU in the waterpark... YES, a WATERPARK!!
It was too cool, it had one of those HUGE pool things that makes the HUGE waves and another thing thats called the 'Lazy River' and you can just sit in it and it takes you around and around and around and (i think you get the point)
The 'activities' each day were pretty cool, mostly sports you could choose to play- soccer, volleyball, football, basketball, and TUBING lol wow that was a GREAT time there man! TIPPING in an ICE cold river is NOT nice, BRANDON and CAPS!! haha lol you guys crack me up!
It was really sad leaving the last day, but we all got to get to know eachother better and even got to know a few people from around FL it was great! I LOVE YOU KRIS AND STEVEN!! hehe TURLTES!!
I cant wait till next summer to go again! I MISS YOU GUYS!! I will have to remember to bring my OWN shorts next time though... thanks to everyone that let me borrow your shorts :-D
well school starts in ONE WEEK form TOMORROW!! AHHHH Better be living up this last week of summer!
And i sure am! Getting ot know the great guys os Sarasota! WOOOT WOOT HOTTIES!! hehe you KNOW who im talkin about ;-)
