It's Been a While
It's been a while since I posted yet again. We made it through the hurricane alright. My Dad's truck was the only thing that got damaged ( a limb hit it). The building we were at during the storm was safe enough I guess. I was fine and not freaking out until my uncle decided to point to something on the window and say "that's from the roof...the insulation is starting to come apart." Yeah, that's when I started freaking out. Some of the double doors started to come open so my uncle the handy man of the group put his belt through the bars and belted them shut. At some point we thought we heard a tornado, but we weren't positive. I did get some video on my camera phone, but nothing really good. I was hoping to get a tree falling down, but it turns out I missed every one of the trees falling down around us..darn the luck. Well I survived this hurricane. It was an experience going through that western eye wall, but I really don't wanna go through that again thankyou.
On a lighter note classes are almost over for the summer, and I'm going canoeing Saturday! Yeay! I actually have a Saturday off that I didn't ask for.
