Notes: I wanted to write something for you, lukadreaming , on your actual birthday, and I don’t know what you got for your birthday, but for your birthday, I got the stomach flu. So it was delayed a bit. But I hope you enjoy anyway. I didn’t know what to write so I wrote whatever came to my head and well, it’s the thought that counts, right? *g* Sorry it turned out angsty … for the primeval100 prompt, ‘naked’.
He feels naked, fully clothed.
He turns to see them by his side and when they’re not there, it’s as though he’s missing his gun, some vital part of him that’s suddenly gone. He can’t stand it, turning and expecting to hear Connor speak, stop a security break in by Danny, or get a lesson on tranquilizers from Abby.
But they’re not there. It hurts. He’s lost.
And it’s like he’s without his gun.
He feels naked, fully clothed, every day that they search for Abby, Connor, and Danny.
And it’s not until they’re back again that he feels secure.
