Criticism he needed to hear: "Randy said he wasn't sure what kind of artist I would be and where I would fit into the music industry. So I've been thinking a lot about what kind of style I'm trying to do with my music."
Song he'd love to sing that's not a good fit: "Probably any Stevie Wonder or Michael Jackson song. I idolize them so much, and I'm kind of scared to touch their repertoire. I would love to cover one at some point, but I just know it's not a good idea."
