Period images of merchant stalls

I am looking at period images to see what sorts of merchant stalls are shown by the painters of the time. The link that has this conveniently collected is at http://larsdatter.com/merchantbooths.htm

Well. I didn't realize that modern car shelters really is a period booth design. Look to the far right.

And the idea I had in mind, where the front is raised a little higher than the back (like the gallery pavillion mentioned yesterday), can be seen in the middle of this image (seen from a side-back angle, a few in a row).

It is undated, but his work is at the end of the 16th into 17th century.

So, it seems my idea is on track to be period. And at least I don't have to do dags on the canopy, as the coverings seem to be very plain. Plain is good. They are also light colored, so I should go for the natural canvas and enjoy the greater lightflow inside.
