What is the Tea Party movement all about?

Anyone have any real idea? Here are some sites I just googled, trying to figure it out.

I think I am with Andrew Sullivan on this one. What is its purpose? And why are they blaming President Obama for the tax ills, when it involved former Pres Bush, and both sides of Congress (meaning both Republicans and Democrats). Something isn't making sense to me.

Anyone care to explain? Anyone here planning to attend a tea party on the 15th?
