c.1500s Working Woman's Kirtle webpage

Well, being low on energy to get up and sew, I decided to work on computer stuff instead.

Having found The Project Archive, I've added a few projects to the db, and that helped me to find that I had started the page for my web site, but never finished it! So...

I found my photos that I had cleaned up, adjusted, and had ready to put on my page. However, I am running low on domain space, considering the research images I have, so I realized I should use either the Photobucket or Flickr accounts I have, if I could get them to do what I want in organizing my photos.

I have been playing around tonight with Photobucket, and found they actually do have a way to organize the images as I want them, and now I can use their space to save space on my domain. So, all the images for this project are on Photobucket, and that is linked through my fully updated page and below.

Now the project webpage and photo gallery include pics of me wearing the working woman's blue kirtle. I will admit the evergreen tree background has been discreetly adjusted, with extra greenery hiding the unsightly stuff & weeds I have lying around my yard. Yeah, we didn't remember to check our background fully before rwfranz took the shots. But Photoshop to the rescue! No, I have not adjusted my actual body anywhere, so yes, that's what I look like at this point pretty much. I am trying to see it as incentive to lose a little more weight, although compared to where I once was... I actually am pretty comfy in this current skin. Just my knee is not comfy enough yet, and my health would improve more at a lower weight. Some plans for the new year.

Anyway, here's the link to my new page, and to the organized Photobucket images. Enjoy!
