Busy Saturday.
Well, I've been busy again today.
After getting to sleep in late, which I needed, I got dressed, had some breakfast, and then stuck a load of wet towels into the dryer. Still need to fold them and put them away.
I put up the porch decorations, from fake greenery, the lights, to finishing off with the pretty red bows. I have a Victorian-esque porch, so why not some Victorian style trimmings? That, finally put me into a more holiday spirit, helped in good measure by Cameron spending that time helping me with those trimmings. And he did a good job, too!
I've also done the dishes & some pans, and scoured the kitchen sink. There's a lot more in that area that needs cleaning, but it is a good start. Then it was cleaning the guest toilet, swept bathroom floor, and some vacuuming in the living room.
I still haven't done any work in the sewing room, but I will get there... eventually.
Meanwhile Rob's been busy putting up our extra-large ornaments on our outdoor Christmas tree (the living tree from our first Christmas). We need more since our tree is bigger, if anyone still sells them. Then he went to work making even more beerocks for tonight's game dinner. I think after this weekend, I will be happy to not see beerocks for a long while.
After dinner, I will get some gingerbread cookies made up, because I want some. But now it is time for dinner, and then gaming.
