DVD series on fitting garments for home sewers

I am bringing this up because of a recent comment from chiarafrancesca, about a woman who was selling her fitting CDs. I don't know if this is the same person, but it did bring the following to mind.

For those sewing for oneself, or others, and for who want or need visual aids for fitting problems, including fitting pants, I recently came across these sets of DVDs that Connie Crawford is selling through Butterick, and on her own site.
Butterick: http://www.butterick.com/list/connie_crawford/all.htm , at the bottom of the page.
Her site: http://www.fashionpatterns.com/NEW_DVD_Series.html , which gives about the same info, only on one page.

I took her weekend workshop with the Fresno Fiberarts Guild a couple of years ago, and I learned quite a bit just watching her, and of course bought some of her books and patterns. I used her patterning info on a pair of pants I made up from scratch, but now that one is way too big, so I need to make another soonish. She's also the one who taught us a different tape double, using brown paper tape. I've made that double when I was larger, and it works pretty well and is stable. It now resides in my sewing room on top of a book shelf, where I can see just how big I once was.

Anyway, I thought I would share the above, in case someone else reading this is interested in learning how to fit modern clothing better. It can also be modified for historical clothing, but you have to know what to modify.
