Windoze emulation on the Mac.

Apple company recommends the program Parallels Desktop to emulate most versions of Windows, or Linux, or FreeBSD or other OSes. No rebooting required. Full emulation of Windoes 2K for me to run those Windows Only Programs.

I really am leaning heavily towards the Mac right now, as software was a big consideration. The above program will even migrate my current PC setup over if I want it to.

This is MacWorld's review of the first version. The latest version has resolved some of the USB/hardware issues briefly mentioned. I really only need it to deal with some programs that are Win-only, and I know my printer will work in Mac, with a minor driver change. New scanner will be Firewire, so support is already given.

And yes, I know there are other emulators out there. I am still researching that to find the best one for my needs... but this one looks really good so far.

Yeah, I think I am going to a PowerMac.
