Weekly weigh in.

Hmph. I weighed in today at 218, a gain of a pound, but my waist size is now 38", a loss of a half inch. I am not sure what happened, except maybe I lost fat, but gained muscle? Or did things just redistribute around my body?

And my thighs and lower back are really sore from the gardening I did on Saturday.

But I did manage to walk a half hour yesterday, and must do so every day now that I have some energy, even if my thighs are screaming at me.
