Tudor stuff.

With all the furor over The Tudors (the Showtime series), I actually spent time late last night and sent my largest photo of Pat & Author I had on CD from last year's Hanford RoK, Field of Cloth of Gold.
Here's photos from Isle of Mann's photo album: http://www.kimiko1.com/IsleofMann/PhotoAlbum1.html

I wanted to send some photos of St. Henry's from 2003, but I only had paper photos of those, and my scanner pretty much died last night. I had a nice shot of Henry with his sister Margaret; one of Henry with Anne of Cleves; and one of older Henry sitting with a dog in his lap. If I can get a scanner that works, I may send those in, with permission from the actors.

And while I was at things, my mind racing last night, I updated my website so I could submit the site for Tudor reference. From my homepage, I basically gave a link to my research page, now Tudor Research (since my focus is actually Tudor). And I added in a short page for my business as well. That one page isn't much, but it is something more than nothing. I am not sure what to add to it to make it better, without spending a lot of time revamping things. That revamp will have to wait till later. Oh, and I rearranged the layout to the Warderobe Accounts, to put my client photos at the top of the page.

I thought about sending photos of me and my husband, but in both cases, our outfits aren't complete. I also thought of sending a photo of me in my French hood, but I look scowly, not smiling. My best photo of me I am too dark, and you can't really see much of what I am wearing. Maybe I will do some photos this weekend that are better.

And now it is time to think of what I want to get next, another PC with winDoze Vista, or go Mac, with a PC emulator. My scanner has been great, but it is SCSI, and those are really expensive now. I will miss the fast scan rate, I really will. But whatever scanner I get next will have to go with the new computer system, as my monitor is also starting to go.
