Merchant Stalls & Things (pt 2)

Well, here's an interesting image of a modern day/yet medieval moving stall/cart. Olde Hansa Nut Stall, from Estonia.

I found the original image that one of the merchant booth in my last message came from.
Presentation of the book to Philippe le Bon, Brussels, Bibliothèque royale, ms. 9066, Chroniques et Conquetes de Charlemagne, vol. 1, Jean Le Tavernier, about 1460. The original cites from here.

I see this is also popular in French reenactment circles, as I see this lovely booth (graver) (translated from French by Google).

I found the original message from MedievalEncampments discussing it here, and here.

Then there is the rounded topped booths, with tables in front. Good for holding things in the back I guess. Not much room in front.

Hmmm... with only two images to work from, no wonder so many use tents. You can also offer more in a tent. Well, things to think about.

Edit: found this image of a potter demonstrating her craft, at an European medieval faire. I have it here, and it came from a very graphic intense site, so I saved off the one image I liked. Now it would be really nice to see more crafters doing their thing like this at a Ren Faire, or even an SCA event. But as I've not been to a larger SCA event where A&S is really going on, I have no idea if this happens or not.
