Rob brought home from Costco the Splenda Baking sugar, and it had a few recipes on the back I can't wait to try on phase 2. So, I figured they might have some more recipes, and I found
Banana Walnut Bread! I love it already. They even have a
Breakfast Triffle, but I am not sure if I want to use white bread with it. I also see that there are some tricks that will need to be used to make Splenda perform like sugar. But they look easy enough to try it.
And I must remember... treats are for once in awhile, not necessarily every day. Otherwise, I might load up on Splenda cookies and that still isn't a good thing.
