More book issues.
Great, seems that bookmarz supposedly did ship two of the books, on the 5th. The items were paid for on the 23rd. Since they didn't notify me yesterday that two of the three books supposedly shipped on the 5th, I went and ordered all three books I wanted from amazon.com. I could cancel them, but I don't trust that the two books were actually shipped on the 5th. Maybe it's because today is the 14th, and I haven't seen them yet. 9 days... from the east coast. Even the USPS web site states 7 days delivery time, and from my own experience getting books from New York, that's right.
They've offered a refund of the unshipped book. I told them that would be fine for now, but if the two books don't arrive soon, as in tomorrow, or if the books are shown as being shipped anytime after the 5th, then they are getting shipped back to them unopened, and I will be asking for a complete refund from PayPal.
This is sooo not acceptable, and I am even more peeved with their lack of communication in this matter.
