Hi, my name is Tamara, I'm a senior in highschool and because of my ardent desire to do theater all the time, I somehow signed myself up to direct a small project around March. I have also been granted the opportunity to choose the play (or at least contribute suggestions). I'm hoping this will provide my co-director and me with a chance to create an impactful and interesting piece of theater. I should also point out that this is a first time thing, a sort of test of what a student-run production would be. I would love some suggestions for material, so here are the parameters:
small cast (8 or 9 people tops)
good mix of male and female
not too long (one acts are welcome)
enlightening subject matter (I'm trying to steer away from typical bad farce fare we have here)
