Internal Poaching
It seems that I might get another job assignment when I get back from my holidays. The General Sales Manager of the South, is wanting me to take on a Business Development and Coordination role. Told him that I will only do it, if someone I trust can handle technical marketing in China is identified for the job, since it is far too important a market, with too many needs. Have to chat to the Vice-President of Marketing about this one...
