One thing that I do not like about the travelling I do for work, is that I tend to miss out on the workouts I do in the gym. The excessive food and alcohol is another matter. As is the usual entertainment, and dinners with colleagues. Even if a hotel has a gym, not many are exactly very well equipped. So, I usually return from my business trips pudgier and weaker.
This evening was my first workout, since getting back from Beijing, and as expected, there was a drop in performance. At least it was not too drastic. Still, it was noticeable. I also hate having the haze around, since it means that I do not run and swim. Argh! So much for my fitness...
