Mad Man in the Gym!

Fifth week in the gym, and the bench press has gone to 95 kg, shoulder press at 50 kg. Much of the strength and endurance is back. The plan is to keep it going as much as possible, without falling ill or getting injured. Should start stepping up the routine for my arms, a new focus area.

Meanwhile, Singapore Sports Council outlets are closed from 1400 hrs today. No swim in Clementi for me, so I guess I get a break. :P Either that, or I can haul myself over to my club for a swim...
