Singapore has been trying to play the Green card for a while, but exactly how sucessful are we? While the government has quoted that that our per capita consumption of water is low, we have to also look at what our country uses water for. Incineration is what the japanese does to their solids wastes. And they are doing it very well too.

Yeah, but you can also generate electricity as a by-product of incineration...
