Cocky?
So, I've heard Obamaramalamadingdong say, "....by the end of my -first- term."
Is he -really- so foolish as to already assume he's going to get re-elected or is it some subtle speechwriting that is intended to subconciously plant the seeds for his re-election?
Either way seems kinda ballsy to me.
