well it's thursday, I'm down here at Arkansas Tech staying with Amber. I have to leave tommorrow and go back to freakin Connecticut. Amber is bringing me to the airport. I REALLY wish that I didnt have to go back. but I only have 2.5 years left doin that freakin Navy BS. and Less than 2 years till Amber will be up in CT with me! I cannot

Maybe you should just consider the things that you say to and about other people's men. Think about it for two seconds and have a little empathy.

My apologies if I've offended you, Amber. You know Matt and I are friends. I am SO incredibly happy for you two, and I realize you don't know me well enough to necessarily believe that, but it's true.

Unfortunately, at least to some, it is my nature to joke around, be relaxed, and try to produce an atmosphere where everyone trusts everyone else and is a friend.

Please, don't misunderstand everything I've said. I can't imagine what it is like to be without the person you are love with. Actually, I can, but he didn't love me back. The point is, I have not forgotten where you're coming from, and it is all an attempt to forge a friendship between the three of us, because Matt is a good friend and because you are important to him, you are important to me. If I have implied otherwise, in any way, I'm sorry, but "flippant" is who I am, I guess.

Accept my apology, and as always, please let me know whenever there is an issue so I can hopefully resolve it. And if you'd rather not post publicly, feel free to email me anytime.

Perhaps the issue is with the way I made my comment about his two favorite women? Obviously, even in jest, you would be first.

You know what? You can give me that BS, but saying things like "Amber will have you for the rest of her life, I only have you for the next 2 years" makes any excuse you give, being "flippant" or whatever, ABSOLUTELY unbelievable. I have no reason to not post publically, except maybe to not embarrass you, but no one has really taken that into consideration for me, so I will return the favor. Instead of just making the excuse of "that's just who I am" maybe you should change that and I think that would actually make you a better friend and keep friends that you think you are losing to thier fiance's. I'm not trying to be harsh, but Matt is the man I'm giving the whole entire rest of my life to and he shouldn't really be that much of your concern for you to worry about not having him in 2 years, missing him so incredibly much when he's gone, and the rest of the suff you so "innocently" do and say.

I have no reason to be embarrassed. I just offered email as an alternative. Neither do I have any reasons to make "excuses" for enjoying the company of my friends and missing them when they are gone
