Crankin
Well, I get underway for a few days next week and I'll be cranking. I'm not gonna go into detail about what cranking is, but basically I'll be working in the Galley, doing dishes and crap. It's something all Nub's have to do at one point or another. So my time is now. So I had duty yesterday, I went into work at 0700 as always, and then was sent to Shoot the 12-guage Shotgun to get qualified on it. I was hoping we'd get to shoot the M-16 as well, but we didn't have enough time, so I'll hopefully do that in a few weeks when I do the 9MM. But I had forgotten how much fun it is to shoot. The 12guage qualification shoot is very easy, it's 10 rounds, 4 kneeling, 4 standing, and 2 shot from the hip. And even though I was only able to shoot the 10 rounds I got the bug now, I can't wait to go back and shoot again! hopefully shoot the MK-46 and/or M-60 machine guns. I had to memorize the definition of Deadly Force last night word for word "Force that a person uses causing, or that a person knows or should know would create a substantial risk of causing death or serious bodily harm. It's use is justified only under conditions of extreme necessity, as a last resort when all lesser means have failed or cannot reasonably be employed." it's wording sucks as you can tell so it was a pain in the ass to memorize, but By God I got it!

Dad is buying an identical bike only his is gonna be red! I'm stoked cause Dad and I will be ablt to go cruising around lookin good on our bikes! I'm not sure which of us is more excited!
OH, I got rid of my old bike, or am getting rid of it rather. a guy off my bike is wanting a bike to learn on and I'm just gonna straight up give it to him, since it only cost me 300 bucks and all it's doing is costing me money for storage, so if I give it to him then I'll be set!
I'm gonna be random, cause Cari is right, it is fun.
-I cant imagine being on a Carrier with 6000 people.
-Dairy Queen has the best soft serve ice cream.
-Bush is a great president.
-I gave up South Park for Lent, it's harder than I thought it'd be!
-I can't wait for my first dive.
-I can't wait to walk by the hatch and see it's closed knowing there's water up there, knowing I'm under the sea out of sight of whoever's around.
-I'm so glad I volunteered for Submarines.
-Most people think I'm crazy for doing what I do.
-More people should join the military, instead of settling in on a crappy job/lifestyle.
-Mom turns 50 in 2 days, that seems so old, but she doesn't seem that old. werid...
