What a great weekend!!
What a great weekend!! The weekend started off with a wonderful dinner at Johnny Carrino's wtih my sexy man, mrs rhonda and mr dale. I just love that restaurant, i could be happy with eating there bread all day long with some yummy alfredo sauce!!! and of course the company was great! Those are one of the two most wonderful people in the world!!! Then mike and i headed home and watched Finding Neverland...well i watched it and mike played with his shiny silver girlfriend (ie his laptop). I am glad he got his laptop, it has helped him a lot with his business...but other times...ug.. Its sad being jealous of machine :) But still the movie was great! Kinda strange at the beginning, hard to get into, but overal a cute movie! Then saturday we got up and headed to the FAIR!!!! I just love the fair!! its sooooo expensive, however its just such a great place to be and enjoy! well we got there around 130, i wanted to watch the HS rodeo, i love rodeo's also...but havent been to one since i was little. so after that we walked around, played some games, ate some yummy junk food, went to the 'old florida' (i think thats what its called) and walked around, that was pretty neat, i have never been to that sction of the fair, They had some old style log cabins and an old church and school. The school had pictures from clay county schools back to the early 1930's it was really neat! they also had a log cabin that inside they where making realy syrup its was sooo yummy! Well after a while we got a phone call from shanna saying she wasnt going to be able to meet us up there, she was exhausted from her long day. So we walked around a little bit longer then got some yummy FRIED OREO's...for those of you who have never tried it, OH MY GOSH! you have too!! they are great. We decided to save the Queens Apple til next weekend when shanna is going with us, hopfully, she got me liking those things, so she has to enjoy them with me :) Well then we decided to leave, we where only there for like 7 hours!! well we went to see our friends Erin and Jon, they got a new puppy! she was soo cute, her name is princess. We where only going to stay a bit just to say hi and drop off an animal we won at the fair, well the kids where aslepp and we startd playing cards and had a great time, 3 hours later lol we decided we better head home or we might not make it, such a long day!!! I wanted to give my hugs and kisses to the kids, but it was kinda nice them being asleep already. Also, while we where there i realized how much i hate my apartment and would love to have even a place lik theres, a single wide. And after the drama that happened at my apartment on sunday this holds up even more! well next day we decided it was cleaning day! oh fun, mike and i cleaned the whole place top to bottom, vacummed evertyhing, mopped, scrubbed, bleached! Our place looks great!! Then i made some chicken parmigiana from SCRATCH! with some home made Marinara sauce, and cheese tortelini on the side. Also made a fresh green salad and toasted up some garlic/herb bread. Dinner was soooo yummy!! i was very impressed with my skill last night! I think mike's eyes actually rolled back when he took his first bite of the chicken :) See i could be a good wife, had a clean house last night and great dinner :) (since this is such a great post i am saving the drama for the next one! lol
