The Never Ending Shower.
Well, Yesterday was an interesting day, to say the least of it. Hmm... What happened....
Best to start at the beginning, eh?
Around 11-ish I got a call from Codi. First time he called me, w00t! *Marks this down in a calendar.* But, his phone died so I roll over and go back to sleep.
Waking up at around 1400 hrs or so, I got in the shower. No sooner had I finished rinsing the soap from my body, the phone rings and it's Codi again. ^_^ Wee!
Because he called and I wasn't quite finished, I ended up talking to him whilst soaking in a bubble bath. Ooooh yes, zee buuuble bath. ^-^ *Purrs* *cough!* Anyways, so, somewhere in our conversation I get called from my parents telling me to let the neighbors dogs out. -.- Wet furr + Trying to slip on silk = not happening.
Codi and I had a good long talk. I always enjoy phone calls from people, and especially good friends. ^-^ We made lots of plans and I am eventually gonna get stationed out there as soon as I join the military.
Our call got inturrupted by a beep that came from the hospital. I had to write a few things down and since I wasn't finished with my chores after the doctor called I decided to finish that up and finish my shower as well since I hadn't washed my hair.
As I start the water and just as I was about to pour the shampoo into my paw.... the phone rings again and it's Peter! ^-^ Lurve de Peter. For those of you who don't know, >.> He's my Canadian Wolf... Now bacon because Canadian Bacon just started to appeal to me in a very humerous way. But, he's still a wolf... So... *Shrugs* I ended up talking to him until at least 2030 hrs when the call started no later than 1600 hrs. In the middle of that call, his phone died. Usually he doesn't call back, so I got nekkid again and tried to pick up where I left off, but as I stepped into the shower, the phone rang it was him.
It was only AFTER I hung up with him the second time did I have the chance to finish my shower... and this started at like... Iunno... When the sun was up and didn't finish until the sun was down. Good thing though, I spent most of my day either naked or wrapped in a towel somewhere, or in pj's.
It was a good day yesterday, and what made it all the better was that I got to laugh and share a large portion of my day in good spirits with two of my great friends. ^-^ Even if I did have to shove my shower over it, was well worth it.
After everything was done and over with, and I was dressed, I didn't know if it would have been too late to call Codi back or not, so if you do read this, I'm sorry. But I do have a drawing that will make up for it. *Nuzzles* Forgive me?
