Rules for Nominations
- Nominations for Round One will begin November 1 and end November 21. There are two ways to nominate: the official nomination post via screened comment and through email to moste.potente.passions@gmail.com. Anonymous nominations will not be considered.
- For the classics round, the story must have at least one chapter that was posted prior to July 15, 2005, the release date for HBP.
- For each category, the five stories/authors per category with the most nominations will be the official finalists.
When making your nomination, please cut and paste this format into your post or email:

Author’s Email or LJ user name:
- Please be sure to make the nomination for the right category! Nominations will be checked against their categories, and any stories found out of place will not be considered for voting in that category.
- Each story may be nominated for up to two categories per round. If a story is nominated for more than two categories, it will run in the two categories for which it received the most nominations.
- If an author has two different stories chosen as finalists for the same category when voting starts, the author will be contacted for his or her preference. The story chosen by the author will run for the category.
- During nominations you may nominate an unlimited number of stories per category. However, a category must have at least 3 stories nominated before it will run for the round.
- You may not nominate yourself.
