x- No meetups unless there is a need to. Payment required to be in first to secure item, no reservations would be made for.
x- Prices nego w/ immed payment
x- Always appreciate for you to give me a rough estimate as to when would you be transferring so i can leave item pending to you in case someone else comments for it
x- However in the event when there're multiple buyers, i'll go by First Payment First Serve Basis
x- Otherwise, all payments to be in within 24 hours (if can't be done, pls say so)
x- Condition of items are as stated (pls if possible stop asking me again)
x- No more additional photos
x- Additional $2.24 for registered mailing (strongly encouraged as i'm not responsibe for lost mails)
x- Irresponsible ppl who confirmed/asked for payment details then MIA for good, ppl who don't reply my mails after commenting, ppl who drag payment & back out etc etc WILL BE BLACKLISTED & TERMED AS DEADBUYERS.
