Tuesday morning and such
I now have my Class D license and my Class A learner's permit. I took yesterday off to do this. I was at the DMV on Beach Blvd for over 3 hours. I also got my DOT physical done. It wasn't nearly as painful as everyone had me to believe. He didn't have to finger my butthole, or tug on my balls. When Dad heard that he was pissed cause he just had his physical a few months ago and they did all that to him. Oh well. Teach him to get old.
So this morning my alarm went off at 6:30. I was already awake. I was listening to the credits from Matrix Reload, which I had fallen asleep watching. I got out of the chair (did not mean to sleep in it for once) and went back to bed for a few minutes. I got up at about 7:00 and got ready. I took my time and played with the pups. I left at like 8:15, to be there at 9. If anyone was on Blanding going out of OP to the interstate this morning around 9:00am I was that guy standing by his car with the hood up in front of the car wash place next to Starbucks. Traffic was so slow that my car overheated again and I had to pull off the road. I ended up being a half hour late. I'll probably be fired for it, but knowing this company they'll wait till after the downloads slow down because right now they're slammed.
I was able to install and run the Gmail notifier. I wonder if it works. Someone email me at RickBK@Gmail.com so I can play around with it. Apparently Trillian and Gmail don't play well together, cause I just had to restart both to get either to work, but I guess it'll be buggy while in beta. Oh well. Toys to distract me.
My mood of today could get me in lots of trouble. I feel like breaking some rules.
