Two days in a row

First call of the day. I'm on it from just after 9 till 11. This time, through, the customer was so extremely pleased because after losing out to 4 previous reps yesterday, she got me and I not only fixed her issue I trained her on how to do it next time. So she asked for my manager, and Kil took over the call for me. Now I'm getting some sort of Talk It Up thingie ... no idea. I wonder if that means I get a raise. That would be nice.
