My b/f was on SS disability because he has ocular albinism and is legally blind. The government kicked him off social security because he was making too much money. If they based their assessment on what he made yearly he was not making more money than was allotted but because they assessed it by monthly he did. They now with hold his income tax return as restitution. What legal action should or could be taken in this situation or is he doomed to paying the government back for however long it may take?
