Some of the questions were very interesting.

What do you think of those:

Something like the theory of Natural Selection explains why some people are homeless? (I think I said "disagree", but maybe I agree)

When I'm talking to someone and I find out they've served in a war, I respect them more.
(I said no)

It bugs me when somebody names their child something like 'Sunshine' or 'Charm'. (I said it didn't bug me, because this should be legal imo, but the kid might not like it definitely :))

Only literate people should be allowed to vote. (I said "disagree", but I'm not very sure, here the majority of the illeterate people are selling their vote...)

Eventually, a computer will write the best novel ever written. (I said no :), you?)

Most people are too stupid to know what's best for them. (This sounded a bit too arrogant for me to feel comfortable saying "agree", but it's very possible that people are indeed such :P)

It should be legal for two consenting adults to challenge each other to a duel and fight a Death Match. - (This was the most interesting question for me. I said "disagree" but it's arguable, isn't it)

The life of one American is worth the lives of several foreigners. - O_o, It was obvious that the test was made for Americans, but are there even Americans who would agree with that?

oh,yeah, some were rather hard to decide. From those you mentioned:
Something like the theory of Natural Selection explains why some people are homeless? (I think I said "disagree", but maybe I agree)
I went with "disagree" becase I don't see Natural selection in any way related to how people shaped the society. So I think it's more Social selection rather than Natural;)

When I'm talking to someone and I find out they've served in a war, I respect them more.
(I said no)
heh,I have to admit,I look at them with a bit more respect:P

It bugs me when somebody names their child something like 'Sunshine' or 'Charm'. (I said it didn't bug me, because this should be legal imo, but the kid might not like it definitely :))
hehe, agreed with you,I feel sorry for the kid but it doesn't bug me:P

Only literate people should be allowed to vote. (I said "disagree", but I'm not very sure, here the majority of the illeterate people are selling their vote...)
heh,I went with "disagree" too,I'd sooner have a test for every voter to see if they even know who they're voting for and why and then take away the votes for those who have no idea why they're even there.Literal or not.*g*

Eventually, a computer will write the best novel ever written. (I said no :), you?)
also no*g* technically perhaps it could be awsome but I can't imagine a computer being ever able of original thinking or inspiration.Even chess game is made from thousands of moves from famous chess players.

Most people are too stupid to know what's best for them. (This sounded a bit too arrogant for me to feel comfortable saying "agree", but it's very possible that people are indeed such :P)
hehe,I think that's something Hitler might have said.Or basically any dictator. Although it's hard to disagree at times.:P

It should be legal for two consenting adults to challenge each other to a duel and fight a Death Match. - (This was the most interesting question for me. I said "disagree" but it's arguable, isn't it)
oh,yeah, but then I guess we'd return to Wild West time or old challenges with pistols/swords...

The life of one American is worth the lives of several foreigners. - O_o, It was obvious that the test was made for Americans, but are there even Americans who would agree with that?
hehehe,I'm pretty sure several(republican,redneck,veterans,...) Americans believe that.;)

Yeah, exactly *g* Though it will be hard to make this test for the illiterate - it should be only in verbal or visual form, not in written :)

Btw, I made 4 other people in RL make the test.:D 3 of them were democrats, one centrist. Only you and me are socialist *g* And half of them agreed that people are too stupid to know what's best for them...

One last question - what did you think of the question about the Holocoust? Do people have a right to claim it didn't happen if they believe so?

heh, with Holocaust question I went with "disagree".Adjusting history conveniently to people's likes and dislikes is a big no-no in my book(unless of course there is no evidence to support either theory, like with believing Moses parted the sea).:P
