I'm getting a huge Peach vibe. Aside from how she's not always the most independent, she is very sweet, gentle, and outgoing. She doesn't fit any of your turn offs, and I doubt she'd be guilty of your pet peeves that often.

Sweet, feminine, polite, gentle, good sense of humour, loyal to those she cares about... They're all part of her personality~ and in her defense, she's also tough, which could be seen as independence depending on how you look at it. ^^ She's girly, but strong.

I'm going to agree with Peach, because she's sweet, outgoing, optimistic, and I'm sure she would be able to keep up with your energetic personality, because she likes to have fun too. :]
