i believe that i will take jbennett's advice and do this one at a time, getting all of the hard stuff out of the way first. And the winner is...JigglyPuff!!! i played as her yesterday, and if you didnt read what i posted, then i will put it now. JigglyPuff kicks ass!!! she is the only, and i mean ONLY, character that i have seen capable of KOing

ugh. i gotta work on my jiggy. my main char is marth. and if you know marth you know that reach is your benifit and your bane. I'm used to staying far away and executing early. with jiggy it's like the complete opposite. At least it forces me to work on my defense can't afford to get hit trying to run in.

im aware of the rest move, but my main concern for the guide is when to use it? i accidentaly used it once and the cpu went careening across the screen, and i was like: wtf? how the hell had that happened? so if anyone knows that it would be most appreciated. well, i do believe that this can wrap up a pretty decent start for her guide, so i will make a post on someone else now. thanx everyone!!!

on how to use rest. I've not had a lot of time playing people with jiggy but one of the methods i like to use to execute a rest is thru platforms. Many people know how to grab items while jumping up thru a platform (Z). I think of rest as the same way.. but with grabing an opponent. They're above me in Fountain of dreams on the right platform. Now what i try to do it jump up under them and while i'm passing thru the platform I'll be in roughly perfect position to hit a rest. I'm in contact with them and a person will usually not be able to pull off an attack if you do it right. They'll wait until you get thru and try to grab or hit. You can rest on the way thru and if you got it timed KO.

after rereading your entry i see the whole in your knowledge. I don't know if you play luigi but he has a super fireball uppercut that works the same way as Rest. The trophy will tell you how to use it. Rest will only work if you are DIRECTLY TOUCHING the opponent. Like you have to be OVERLAPPING. That's why Jiggy is the best character to use against Giga Bowser in Event 51. He's so big you can hardly NOT overlap him. Just jump in the air and Rest and bowser is gone. this is why jiggy is better against larger opponents (Bowser, DK, Link) vs Smaller Opponents (Fox, C.Falcon, Pichu) because it's harder to get close enough to land the rest move. When you did it to the computer you were touching him. that's why it worked. Is that what you were asking or did I just insult your intelligence?
