(no subject)
Well I'm moved into my... place for lack of better word. It's small, so hardly an appartment. But it's more than a room. There's a decent bathroom, a good bedroom/living room combo, and an okay kitchen (no sink!!@*!)&*@#). The only minor problem (now that I've fixed the door so it locks/closes) is that all these rooms kind of flow into one another without any real division. Including the bathroom. So if i plan to have company, i'd better be sure everyone goes before they arrive... Some curtain rods and sheets should solve that soon. I've borrowed a bunch of stuff (pots, pans, microwave, etc) and plan to get more, so the place is def looking more homey. I got some dishes and stuff at a thrift store... what a sweet place... ha ha. I'm still using the internet in downtown nevada city cause I don't have it in my place yet, but this is right around the corner, and I don't mind sitting in my car... lol. Works good. The guys are awesome. We're working on a wooden boat, a 28' garwood, which we plan to win the next tahoe boat show with. To say the least, I'm always a little nervous about screwing things up, cause its a big deal, and a $100,000 restoration. So that's the scoop so far. Later.
