Gideon looks like a professor, Rossi, less so, but Rossi behaves in a way that was much more professor than Super Team That Fights Crime - he had a career as an author. Though Gideon is still, Gideon is that Professor that every student secretly want to impress and some have huge crushes on. Rossi is that Professor who is everybody's pal.

Angry Sex would be hot, and it would MAKE SENSE. If they were having an affair, it would be both angry and serve as a reason for /Rossi/ to be angrier. Rossi is the type who will get into your face during a relationship argument, well, unless you are obviously The Girl or something, I dunno, more like he's the one who would get into someone's face during an argument...if that someone is Gideon. Gideon would probably be the type who would chose to take time out, "You know what, I don't want to talk about this now", to cool down with his birds and trains, whether than engage in something when his feelings are boiling instead of Vuclan. This of course, would piss Rossi off. It'll be like Spock and McCoy lol?

Personal issues are no joke, so I get how Reality Wrote the Show, but I really wish we got some Gideon and Rossi interaction on screen. I mean, when Gideon said he needed to be alone after the head in his cabin thing, Hotch left him alone, in fact, they do that a lot. In episode one, noting from his back, Hotch and Morgan (? it's been a while) said that Gideon is still not okay, they talk about him but they don't talk to him enough. Rossi on the other hand, will not leave Gideon alone in the same situation, something that would get on Gideon's nerves, but I think it's necessary...

So I have this RossiGideon smutty bunny where Rossi catches Gideon checking up on Reid surreptitiously*, Rossi wrangles Gideon back to his apartment, pushes buttons, Gideon pours the cold water on Rossi's ability etc in retaliation, it ends with angry sex where Rossi aims to fuck a reaction out of Gideon or something, there is a brief tender moment, but they both know Gideon of Compartments will sneak off as soon as Rossi sleeps because Confront Why Confront?

*surreptitiously: I could so see Gideon checking up on Reid but never making contact because he would find it awkward. He's really Older!Reid in some ways...remember how Reid visited his mom and left her a book without seeing her?
