Overman Zappa (02:12:21): Shirley gets a boob-poke to get her attention
Shaun Garin (02:12:40): Yeah yeah, she'll listen too.
Tengusaur (02:12:50): Transmission: (only the voice) "Help! Can anyone hear this?! We're under atta*static* Percolati, or however you call these bugs! Some are giant, they are very stro *static* There's an old abandoned base near, we're heading there! If you can hear, help us! Please!"
Corel (02:13:32): Nanoha's about to ask about that band thing, but the transmission cuts her off. Looks like trouble's starting up again.
Overman Zappa (02:13:32): MarKus: "Oh shit! That's me Bunny! You wanna come?" He's alredy runnin off to change

Shaun Garin (02:15:10): Shirley swallows the last of her grapes and runs over to her equipment, grabbing a large beast of a rifle and a short knife and a handgun, strapping it onto her leg before pausing and slinging a bazooka over her shoulder too. Couldn't hurt right?
Canta Akino (02:15:26): "Got it," Ren answered, running to his bike.
lionel boyd "bokanon" johnson (02:15:41): Resnick: *he takes off at a sprint, leaving his scenario on the simulator up and running. It's something totally outlandish, like what if he was fighting cthulhu. Feel free to get out of his way/collide with him*
Shaun Garin (02:16:20): Leaping into her striker, the engine roared to life as she took off, hovering inside the hangar and waiting for the rest to prep.
ultimatesalsa (02:16:41): A bright flash heralds Chrono's Barrier Jacket and Device, and he lifts off the ground as he hits the hangar.
Corel (02:16:58): "Raising Heart, Set Up!" And in an instant, Nanoha's already in her barrier jacket, ready to join up with the others and get going.

Overman Zappa (02:17:26): Technica: "Kamen Rider Technica. LET'S RIDE!"
Tenebrae Luna (02:17:46): Fate pulls out Bardiche and sets up before she starts to fly after the group.
Tengusaur (02:18:25): Indeed, the route towards the coordinates of the base leads through thick boreal forests. At least it's fairly warm thanks to the time of the year, but the visibility of non-flying units is still seriously reduced.
Shaun Garin (02:18:35): Shirley pauses, goes over to her gear, grabs a handful of AP bullets and shoves them into her cleavage. "NOW ready."
Tengusaur (02:21:18): The part about the base being close? That wasn't a lie either. Soon after White Chalice disappears from your eyesight, you can see a lone grey tower in the distance! That's all of the base that grows above the tree level.
Canta Akino (02:21:48): (And from ground level? Is it just a tower or connected to anything?)

Tengusaur (02:22:16): (the visibility at ground level is so bad due to all the trees it's hard to see anything yet)
Shaun Garin (02:22:36): (So Ren's totally pulling Kuuga-level bike tricks getting through that foliage.)
Tengusaur (02:22:51): Sensors detect a small group of Mobile Suits or similar units. Those are probably the people who called for help.
Tengusaur (02:23:08): Too much greenery around to detect biological enemies reliably.
Overman Zappa (02:23:15): Guess who was to gung-ho to care about visibility?

Overman Zappa (02:47:25): Technica: "C'mon Knight! Lemme see the real thing in REAL action! Don't disappint me!"
Tengusaur (02:47:28): Chrono doesn't see any non-combatants. This really was just a dastardly trick. His ice missiles smash into one of the enemy mooks, throwing it to the ground and breaking its limbs. It's unable to fight now.
lionel boyd "bokanon" johnson (02:48:01): *Resnick waits for the perfect shot at G3's left arm, hitting the "target under reticle" button over and over again" *
Tengusaur (02:48:05): But, suddenly, the Type-G3 is in his way! And it slashes at him with its bladed tonfa, the edge heated red!+

ultimatesalsa (02:50:05): *"You two, get a room! This isn't the place for- ah!" Chrono gets caught up in yelling at the lovebirds and almost misses the mecha in front of him! "Durandal, shield, NOW!" Nope, no time to escape.+

Canta Akino (02:50:55): *Ren had already left his bike and henshinned, taking to the skies with Darkwing. "I'm getting in close," he warned the others. "Watch my back." And with that, he scanned his Sword Vent card and flew toward the G1.+
Tengusaur (02:51:05): The first few shots deal damage to the mech's arm and cause the G3's weapon to go off-course, and Chrono can easily defend against its strike! The pilot is forced to jump away before suffering more damage.
Tengusaur (02:51:47): The Type-G1 tries to counter by bringing its own huge sword to a parry and riposte! (Ren react)
Tengusaur (02:51:52): (Resnick, your turn)
Overman Zappa (02:51:55): Technica: "Hey, wait... not that one! Dude look at that sword!"
ultimatesalsa (02:52:27): Shaking his head, Chrono rises into the air a bit further. "Thanks for the assist. Guess these guys are a little better than average..."
Tengusaur (02:52:40): "You should watch out for yourself!" Rathan's unit jumps towards Technica, aiming a powerful two-fisted uppercut followed by close-range plasma cannon firing! (Technica react then take turn)

lionel boyd "bokanon" johnson (02:54:01): resnick: You said the yellow one. *He pursues, targeting for another barrage: SRM-4, LB-10X AC, large pulse laser, this time at the left leg, aiming to keep it from being able to flee and shear the leg off. heat spikes in his cockpit due to all the weapons fire. Hit?*
Canta Akino (02:54:34): *Well, at least Ren could fly. He knew there was no way he was blocking that attack, and the best he could hope for was getting the hell out of the way. He tried to get underneath its defense to attack lower. &
Overman Zappa (02:54:35): *"ACCEL MODE. START UP" MarKus knows not to get inside that arm range, and wastes NO time punching into Mach 1 in full reverse+ (let that resolve first)

Tengusaur (02:56:01): The G-3 rapidly lowers its distance towards Resnick, firing burst after burst of plasma fire from its gun! The hit to its leg causes it to slow down, but it keeps going! (react)

Tengusaur (02:57:52): Both the Type-T and Type-K punch each other, causing their fists to collide! For a moment it's not certain which one is stronger... But then the Type-T is punched away and gets thrown to the ground, suffering some structural damage all over!
Tengusaur (02:58:08): Type-K receives light damage too, however. But much less.
Overman Zappa (02:58:20): (Technica didn't attack...)
Tengusaur (02:58:33): (oh yeah, derp)
Tengusaur (02:58:49): (I misread that. In that case...)
lionel boyd "bokanon" johnson (02:58:50): *Resnick throws the mech into a torso twist to the right and slams the throttle to maximum, firing another barrage at the same location. That may or may not be enough to dodge the plasma gun. regardless, he fires those same three weapons at the same location again. permission to roll for consequences of him running his mech hot on battletech heat table?+

Tengusaur (03:00:07): Type-T gets punched by one of Type-K's fists, but manages to recover balance quickly enough to not suffer any more damage! Most importantly, it avoids both of the plasma blasts. (Technica continue)
Tengusaur (03:00:37): Ren manages to dodge the incoming huge sword, at the price of forgoing his own attack attempt.
Overman Zappa (03:01:38): *Still running around at mach 1, and knowing the limited range on his own blasma shots, Technica circles around Rathan, and coming from his left opens rapid fire with two pistol barrages of shots &
lionel boyd "bokanon" johnson (03:02:05): resnick: savashri, it is hot in here. be wary, we could start a fire easily.
Tengusaur (03:02:27): Resnick's blasts hit the gold unit's leg, turning it into an unusable ruin below the knee! However, the plasma bolts shake his robot, dealing mediocre damage to it. Some of his weapons are also on the verge of overheating.
Shaun Garin (03:03:34): *Shirley grinned as she ducked under, following her fellow flier. Cocking her gun, she pumped a couple of ap rounds into the same area that Ren attacked at, hoping to greatly disable the machine!+
Tengusaur (03:03:50): Rathan counters by dodging the incoming shots! The last few ones still graze his unit, however. (continue)
Canta Akino (03:04:03): *Even though he couldn't get in that first attack, Ren flew in underneath the sword arm to attack at the shoulder joints.+
Overman Zappa (03:06:15): *Technica starts closing in, slowly marching as he continues to lay on the repeated fire. At about fifty meters away, Technica charges in with a straight kick to the chest!+
Tengusaur (03:06:25): Type-G1 jumps away, dodging Shirley's shots! However, that lets Ren stab straight into its shoulder, causing electric charges to flow over it... Then the robot raises a free fist and punches him! (Ren react again)
Overman Zappa (03:06:31): Somehow, MarKus learned not to lead in with the finisher!
Shaun Garin (03:06:34): #Ren
Tengusaur (03:06:40): (rejected)
Tengusaur (03:08:34): Technica's kick lands straight into Rathan's chest! But instead of pushing him back, or even causing him to stumble, he doesn't seem to care about the damage, just raises a hand, tries to grab type-T's face and fires a plasma burst at point blank! (Technica react)
Tengusaur (03:08:51): Rathan: "What are you grunts hesitating for?"
Tengusaur (03:09:01): Mook: "Sir, most of them are childre-"
Tengusaur (03:09:08): Rathan: "Idiots! Fire!"
ultimatesalsa (03:09:40): Chrono: "We're soldiers too. Do us the honor of fighting us! If you don't want to shoot us, kindly leave your units now and we'll make this quick!"
Overman Zappa (03:10:12): *Having gotten Rathan to expose his arm and leave it stationary, both guns in Technica's hands start firing right at the elbow of the Axiak (that's it name). And these things just aren't that armored. Eat it, Rathan!+
Shaun Garin (03:10:17): Shirley: Besides, I don't want to break those mecha, I like em!
Tengusaur (03:10:18): The FCs units open machinegun fire at everyone hitting whom wouldn't cause friendly fire as well! (Nanoha, Fate, Shirley, Chrono, Resnick, react)
Canta Akino (03:10:31): *Ren wasn't fast enough to avoid this one, and it hurt like HELL. He started plummeting to the ground, but Darkwing recovered faster and kept him from crashing. Somehow or another, Ren had managed to avoid dropping his sword, but he was pulling back now while he tried to catch his breath. +
lionel boyd "bokanon" johnson (03:10:43): resnick: and our children are making you run like the surrats you are.
Shaun Garin (03:11:13): *Shirley spins into a upwards thrust with her strikers, putting up a shield to catch the blasts that were most likely going to rock her if she didn't dodge fast enough.+
Tenebrae Luna (03:12:03): Fate uses her superior aerial speed to dodge the spray of bullets and weaves throught the area to grab cover.+
Tengusaur (03:12:09): Type-K's arm armor is riddled with holes! Its elbow suffers great damage, but not great enough not to continue the attack! Type-T is thrown away by the sheer force of the plasma burst, with heavy head and mediocre chest damage!
ultimatesalsa (03:12:44): *Chrono sighs. "One comment and they just all start shooting. Honestly, I know trainees with better discipline than this." He dives, a shield covering his charge, getting ready for an attack run when he gets clear.+
Corel (03:13:15): *Nanoha is going to try to avoid those attacks the same way Fate is, Axel Fins at full blast! But while she does this, a group of Axel Spheres are around as well, basically ready to crash themselves into any projectiles that come too close.+
Overman Zappa (03:13:30): MarKus runs a check to make sure he can still see... if he can still see, then no F*s were given about this damage today

Overman Zappa (03:14:08): Technica: "You still can't use that thing right! No wonder you're a shitty pilot!"
Tengusaur (03:14:55): Rathan: "Says who? Your machine barely holds together. You're completely ignoring defense, idiot!"
Overman Zappa (03:15:20): Technica: "I'm not even trying. Remind me, who got HIJACKED with an EMPTY GUN!"
Tengusaur (03:15:51): Ren gets punched by an enemy robot, which hurts like hell, but everyone else is protected by either fast dodging, defensive magic, or a combination of both.
lionel boyd "bokanon" johnson (03:16:17): resnick: clear the comm and fight a trial of grievance over it when we get back if it is that important to both of you.
Tengusaur (03:16:32): Suddenly, a flaming blade cuts at the legs of one of the firing FCs units! It collapses to the ground, de-limbed!
Tengusaur (03:16:52): ???: "Hmph. As expected, no Percolati here."
Overman Zappa (03:16:55): Technica: "Didn't I tell you about this the other day? Today is NOT the day I'm gonna shut up!"
Shaun Garin (03:17:06): Shirley sighed. Oh dear...
Tengusaur (03:17:14): Two familiar faces emerge from behind the fallen robot!

And she turned towards the nearest opponent, the G3 and clapped her hands, wind building seconds before she shot forward, a multilayer of barriers forming as she blazed forward at near-mach speeds to take the opponents legs off.+

Tengusaur (03:25:21): Shirley's attack immobilizes the enemy unit, at least temporarily! But the golden robot fires a swarm of missiles from shoulder-mounted pods at her! Dodge this! (react)
Overman Zappa (03:26:29): Technica: "We can save Earth just fine! We dn't need to KILL KIDS, newbie! Don't make my girlfriend pull rank!" Hot-blood rising
Corel (03:26:30): *Nanoha turns her attention to Vita, but doesn't immediately attack. "Are you sure you can't tell me your story so we can put an end to this?"+
Shaun Garin (03:26:39): *Why dodge when you can outrun? Shirley is hoping they aren't seeking and if they are, she's going to dive between another mechas legs, the G2 and hope they impact on the opponent.+

Tengusaur (03:27:54): Vita: "Why'd I want to tell you anything, Madoka? Schwalbefliegen!" She creates four solid steel balls and slams into them with her giant hammer, sending them flying towards the magical girl! (Nanoha react)

Tengusaur (03:30:19): The missiles are not seeking, but they also fly really fast and have wide area of effect! A few of them explode very close to Shirley, shaking her and causing lots of strain to her shield!

Tengusaur (02:21:18): The part about the base being close? That wasn't a lie either. Soon after White Chalice disappears from your eyesight, you can see a lone grey tower in the distance! That's all of the base that grows above the tree level.
