[He'll relay what happens here to Zero later. Right, now it was time to begin.]
I thank you all for coming here. I'm fairly new at this sort of thing, but I think I have an idea to discredit the Titans in the eyes of the federation, cutting them off from their funding. However, it's not an idea without risk.
[Brings up a display of Old Hong Kong] The Ship is currently headed towards the Federation city-state of Old Hong Kong. If we can somehow get the Titans to do something as stupid as attack inside the city, their reputation would be shot to hell. Unfortunately, that implies that we would have to fight INSIDE the city. Which is why I hope that you, those more experienced in war, can help me refine this idea into something workable.
Before we begin... [ Char says stepping forward to the table. ] I'm aware that the AEUG has been doing everything they can to resist the Titans, but with little success. I'm fully aware that they know about Kamille, as well. While I'm aware that the White Chalice cannot, by its own neutrality policy, join them, nor do I think they'd want us to with all of the other activities it partakes in. Therefore, I think that Kamille himself should not only serve along with Sayla as an official liaison to the AEUG, but directly organize and lead all of the White Chalice's anti-Titan activity.
...Is there any particular reason why you'd have Kamille lead? No offense Kamille, but...you're not exactly the most experienced person on board when it comes to running a military campaign.
If I lead this campaign, the AEUG and its affiliates can be labeled Zeon sympathizers, and lose their credibility with anti-Titan movement. Likewise, Amuro is still a hero in the eyes of the people of the Federation. We need that image to hold its influence. Having him officially declared a traitor and being smeared with negative propaganda would only ruin that.
[ Char then turned to face Kamille. ]
Kamille is an obvious choice. He has no prior ties, he's more than proven himself on the battlefield, and he's a Newtype. He's what both Amuro and I are not.
[Nevermind, Tohya decides speaking up was relevant quicker than he anticipated.]
I think what Char means is the movement needs a figurehead who doesn't carry any baggage. Kamille doesn't, strictly speaking, have to plan everything on his own or even lead when we are behind closed doors. Just appear to lead whenever anyone who matters is watching. Am I correct?
Well, you know, and not to take any credibility away from the kid here, but I've already quit the Federation, but, depending on how you guys view Side 8, I'm already the hero of Gaia.
It might not mean a whole lot, but if you need someone to take some pressure of Kamille here, I'm here to lend a hand to all that. And I've got an old connection in the Illuminati, if you're looking to garner some extra support.
Umm...What's going on?

Kamille has a plan to lure the Titans into damaging their reputation with the Federation. We'll discuss it more once the others are here.

Why am I not surprised...

-But that's not to say Kamille has to do everything on his own.
