[Wendell is still in the hangar. Sigil was heavily damaged in the mission, and the worry is clear on his face.]
How am I going to fix you, I don't even know how you work.
[He traces a finger along the broken edge of the giant sword. Maybe one of the mechanics might figure it out? Wendell wasn't too hopeful of that, however, considering the unique circumstances of Sigil. Lost in thought, Wendell suddenly jerks his hand back when something moved under his fingertips. Frowning, Wendell peered around to the back of the sword, only to jump back when something skittered around to the front. A small, black lizard sits on the sword, blinking its bulbous eyes at Wendell. Wendell blinks back.]
Uh...
[The lizard seemed to be inorganic in nature, maybe made of old metal or stone, with its tail glowing a faint white light. A final flick of its tongue at Wendell, the lizard dismisses him and turns to the edge of the sword. When the critter starts chewing at the damaged area, Wendell lunges for it.]
Hey! Stop that!
[It skitters around to the back of the sword out of Wendell's reach. Wendell strains to reach the thing, when a familiar voice in his head stops him.]
Leave it be.
[Wendell frowns up at Sigil, but stops scrambling for the lizard. Whatever the lizard was...]
That thing is of no harm to Us. It returns to Us to bring back what was lost. Thou will leave it be.
[Backing up, Wendell crosses his arms. He wasn't sure what Somnian meant, but resolves to watch the lizard for now. ]
[Anybody in the hangar would see Wendell flailing about near the back of his mech, and maybe catch a glimpse of a strange lizard with a glowing white tail, but wouldn't hear Somnian's voice.]
