Richard. That's why.

My vice-president thought it would be a smart idea to pull off a coup-de-tat and pull Neo-America right from under me when I invited White Chalice to the colony.

I figured it'd be a good idea to pool resources.

Right now I'm working with people back in Neo-America who're sending me info on Richard's plans.
