I see you recovered from the destruction of the original in short order.
With what's at stake, no reason not to. We lost too much time in the Ruin... just goes to show how often shortcuts are anything but. Fortunately, R & D hadn't grown complacent while our current Gundams were in operation. And he GN Drive's in one specific place now and we have the means to get back up into space-
And as far as everyone else is concerned, we're fresh out of allies with ships of their own, save for the Nirvana. So on top of everything else we have the element of surprise since any prying eyes will most likely be on the Chalice.
Honestly rather glad we got that problem with the Federation mobile suit out of the way before you arrived. We'll be sending it over to you along with everyone joining up for the mission... you'll probably be able to make more sense of it than us anyways. Best of luck up there...

[The Ptolemeios II! Say hello to your new home for the two weeks or so, everyone who decided to head off into space! The vessel is regretfully not as large as the Chalice so living conditions might be a bit cramped. You'll also see that the mechanics (both humans and Haro) are working around the clock to finish the new set of Celestial Being Gundams, all of them looking to be improvements on their predecessors at least in terms of combat capability. At any rate, the crew is friendly enough and it's a chance to escape that pesky gravity, so feel free to use this post for general mingling.]
