Hello. My name is Roger N. Hammerstein, presently a member of the White Chalice, and I just wanted to thank you so much for your invitation! It's an incredible honor, Mr. President!
I hope you don't think I'm some kind of willy nilly crazy talker for saying this, because I know it sounds crazy, but I promise you and the God we trust that it's the whole truth and nothing but the truth... your invitation carries special meaning for me because I am an American. You see, I am a time traveler from World War II, and a soldier who fought in that war as the pilot of Zwei Hildebrand, Kaiser of Modern War, and...
No one told me that there was a Neo America. I thought that my homeland was gone... I'll admit, I actually cried. But I've done some research now about Neo America, and nothing has made me happier than to know that my people persevered and lived on. That the American Dream is still alive, here, in space.
I don't know why I'm saying this, sir. I know the President is a busy man ... I just wanted to pour our my heart to someone who, in their heart, is also close to America.

While others may be disbelieving about such a letter, I get the gut feeling that you really are one of the Great Legends that helped keep the American Dream going, even when it seemed that it was just going to get chewed up and spat out.
I may be the president, but I'll always have time for my fellow Americans and for the people that help us keep the Dream of our Founding Fathers alive.
I give you my promise as the President of our great country that you'll get the welcome home you deserve, fireworks and all.
