[ Char can be found in the lounge, holding an icepack to his forehead, near his scar. He had a few mild burns - nothing worst than first-degree - from the Percolatti's self-destruction, but thankfully, the Hyakku Shiki's emergency cooling system usually reserved for re-entry saved his life. The machine was still badly scorched and a lot of its internal components not found in the cockpit were fried, but it was still save-able. It was just going to be out-of-commission for several weeks.
Next to Char was a long-distance HAM radio. For a while, it was just playing static. But as he sat there, something began pouring through. Very faint, and still laced with a lot of static, but... people who could listen closely could identify it.
