I would be able to do the menial tasks, setting out tableware, putting things in place, transporting materials, that sort of thing. [He figures big affairs like this would need muscle anyway.]

That'd definitely be appreciated, Setsuna. Though to be honest I'm not too sure how all of this will play out just yet. We might try to keep it as low-key as possible... if we just have one huge party even month we might blow through all our resources too quickly.

Any reason you thought of doing this though, Setsuna? You never really seemed to be the party type, even if it's just doing menial stuff.

[a contemplative look] I have... difficulties understanding simple pleasures and the joy one would receive through celebration of... anything. I haven't had a normal upbringing, so there is a lot that confuses me, but I want to learn about the things that make people happy. To that end, I wish to understand these things through participation.

... Does that seem strange?

Not at all! I think it would be a great experience for you! I suppose Celestial Being's not very casual in this regard, is it?

[shakes head] All information in regards to Celestial Being personnel is kept secret from other Celestial Being personnel. The only thing that knows the truth about all of us is Veda [Which was compromised. Fantastic how that works, isn't it?] We couldn't celebrate birthdays because no one knew anyone else's birthday.

That's... really unfortunate. You couldn't even pick random days on the calendar to do that?

[shakes head AGAIN] There wasn't any time. We were focused on preparing for and executing our stated mission of armed intervention. Joining the Chalice has allowed for a good amount of leeway in that regard, though, but there is still the matter of confidentiality regarding our real identities.

Ah... well this would still be a great way to get to celebrate your actual birthday then. You wouldn't even need to tell anyone the year or the day, just the month!
