I wanted to survey all the weaponry aboard the Chalice. This is important for me to know not as just an ally but as a supplier. I need to know what kind of weaponry is best for each unit. That way, I can end up maximizing my profits by working with you all.
If that's the case, would you be interested in talking with a mister Lowe Gear, of the Junk Guild? He's one of our top mechanics, and tends to come up with some outrageous, but highly effective, upgrades to units.
[Wendell is actually inside Sigil when Seymour happens to walk by, and he peers out from the control pit. When Seymour gives the machine a more thorough glance, Wendell looks around awkwardly.]
(Seymour shakes his head with a small smirk as he continues to look over Sigil's weaponry.)
Not really. I was just taking note of the kind of weaponry that your machine has. I want to be able to supply the best weaponry I can to suit each machine on the Chalice, thus maximizing the Chalice's firepower and my profit.
[Sigil doesn't have much going for it as way of weapons. It's pretty outdated with just a giant sword strapped to its back. Wendell, suddenly feeling awkward, rubs the back of his head.]
Maybe another one of the machines would be a better example.
True, however, you have the most to gain from extra weaponry. It might even be possible to enhance the sword of your machine to be more durable and damaging. For the right price of course.
I was impressed by it's weaponry, specifically the railgun. I must admit that I have not seen many fully automatic railguns. Makes me wonder what you had to do to get it.
It was innovation on Mr. Herrera's part, not anything I personally did. All it took was some intelligent applications of a KDU and he managed to come up with a solution to the problem.
(Seymour smiles at that. He had to admit that while he had not met the man, he was impressed with his work.)
So you had a great mechanic then. I must say that it is beautiful work. I have to admire a man who can create something like that. Do you think you could introduce me to him sometime? I'd love to do business with him.
[[But given the air, and... just general observing, this guy probably has a lot of money... And he's run into one of those types before.]] I'm not selling it.
I'm not interested in buying. I'm interested in selling. I have been doing a review of the weaponry of all the units aboard so that I can know what kind of weapon is most needed for each unit. This can help to maximize my profit as an arms dealer and maximize the firepower of the Chalice.
So either way it's about money. I haven't needed anything other than what it's provided on it's own. You'll want to talk to someone with a Mobile Suit, not an OverMan.
There's a huge difference you know.
[[Gainer pauses... he's not a moron.]] You'd make better money on parts than you would weapons.
Of course it is about money. Do you think your little adventures around the world are cheap?
I also sell parts. Repairs are expensive and thus I made sure to get parts. I sell them cheaper than the weapons of course but with how many repairs happen in one week alone, it is a strong market.
My name is Seymour Katsuragi, owner of Katsuragi Corps.
As for if I am allowed to be here, I am an arms dealer and a provider of fine goods. I need to look over all the machines so that I can know how to supply you all as my new partners. Does this trouble you?

On another note, have you found any more clues as to the locations of my Gaia Memories, Hidari?

Um... Can I help you?

(Seymour smiles a little. He has a slight shine of interest in his eyes.)
