[Kamille's still groggy from the gas, so when his eyes open he doesn't notice anything amiss. He looks at Sora sleepily, smacking his lips. Really classy there, tough guy.] Hu-wha?

[Then certain things start to become noticed, the location being the first. He didn't really remember what happened, but he knew he wouldn't fall asleep in Sora's room, certainly not when she shares it with that battleaxe Seiren. When what Sora said finally registered, all he can do is panic]

T-T-THE HELL IS THIS!? [He jumps out of bed and-oh dear he's in his PJs too, isn't he? Fuck.] WHAT HAPPENED?!

[Kamille might feel something akin to slight panic coming off of Sora, but why is anyone's guess; it's not powerful enough for him to read, at any rate.]

I- I don't know! I was going to go to bed, and I didn't notice you at first, and then after I changed I came over here to lay down and... [Oh, she's turning as red as a tomato, and she's babbling. She still seems kinda miffed, though.]

[Kamille's can feel her panic, alright. So she's clueless too? FUCK.] I need to get out of here. If Seiren finds us-[and then suddenly his life starts flashing before his eyes... which causes him to bolt for the door.]

[Without thinking about it, Sora reaches for Kamille's arm before he can get out of reach.]

No, you idiot! If you go out there looking like that, coming out of my room, what do you think everyone will say!? Oh, what are we gonna do...!? How did this even happen!?

[Panic rising. Sora is evidently giving no thought whatsoever to the reason she knows Kamille is there; she's surprised enough that it's not registering.]

[Damn it, she's right, but the panic is triggering his flight response pretty hard right now.]

If neither of us knows, and Seiren comes in here right now, she'll have to assume the worst-

[minorbeat]

(You both hear footsteps as Seiren comes in with her knife poised, just in case there was a threat.)

What's happened?! I heard screaming an--!...

(Seiren stares at Kamille and Sora for a beat before narrowing her eyes.)

Bidan...You have ten seconds to explain why you are in our room, specifically in Myoudouin's bed, at this hour...ONE!..

[zetahatsudo]

[What's that? You wanted a response? Nope, Kamille's vocal cords are now non-functional as his eyes are drawn to that knife of your's, Seiren.]

No, wait, Seiren, stop! He didn't do anything! He's as confused as I am! He just... was here, I think. I don't know how, but he was here when I came back to go to sleep. I don't think it's his fault, though!

[Sora's going to let her protective instinct go off and get in front of him before Seiren does something all three of them will regret. Has she really forgotten...?]

[minorbeat]

...He was just here...I don't buy that for one second. Something got him here and I want to know what.

(Seiren looks at Kamille with dead eyes.)

So Bidan, why are you really here? Did you want to try and pull something? Or maybe you got wasted and passed out here? Either way, I'm not happy that we have to have this conversation. By the way, your ten seconds are almost up so talk.

(Seiren plays with her knife a little to help make her point.)

[Seiren's Knife-play is too much for the poor Newtype, and he passes out from total fear.]

[Sora spins and neatly catches him before he hits the ground; she'll move him back onto the bed he just vacated and join him there, leaving his head in her lap. Whatever the situation was before, it's very much changed by now, and she's trying to be reassuring. Sora has no idea how this Newtype thing works, but maybe it'll help some.]

[For Seiren, however, she just has a glare.] Seiren, what the hell are you doing!? He thought you were going to kill him! I did too, honestly! He just...

[She trails off for a moment, looking confused.] I feel like I'm forgetting something. Something important...

[minorbeat]

(Seiren just stares at Sora for a second.)

...You honestly forgot that this was all a prank didn't you?

(Seiren shrugs with light smirk.)

Whatever. I say we dump Bidan back in his room and pretend this never happened, just to mess with him. Maybe convince him it was all a dream.

[A moment passes. Sora blinks. Then she seems to realize something, and she goes pale.]

I... I totally forgot. Here I had him thinking this was real... oh, I'm horrible. I'm sorry Seiren, this wasn't supposed to happen. And... I need to apologize to Kamille when he wakes up.

I'm going to keep him here with me. I'll feel better knowing nothing else will happen to him, plus I want to apologize as soon as he wakes up. I feel really bad about this...

[minorbeat]

(Seiren shrugs a little.)

Fine then. Do as you wish. I'm going get going. Oh, and tell Bidan that now we are even for him attacking me my first day aboard.

(Seiren starts to head out of the room.)

Be careful, Seiren. I doubt this is over. Even if it is... don't start trouble. We're all on edge after today, and we don't need internal conflicts to make things worse.

[The girl's cheeks color again, a little less this time.] I'd appreciate it if you could leave us alone here for a bit. I don't want Kamille to get the wrong idea. He's going to be traumatized enough.
